Automated Door Component Assembly machine
The SysTech Automated Magazine Fed Assembly Machine, offers the most automation and productivity of the automated assembly product lines. This machine is designed for companies running medium to large batch sizes of 5-piece doors or face frames. The door or face frame rail components are fed into top-load magazines, from where components are automatically pulled to complete the assembly process. ***
Glue and pins are automatically applied in pre-programmed positions and quantities. The machine is equipped with SysTech's patented spool nail system, which also helps increase productivity through automation. The only manual function remaining is loading the rails and inserts into the magazines, which can also be automated upon customer request.

The SysTech Through-Feed Clamp & Nail Machine is a versatile door assembly machine that shows a very good payback. This machine is truly flexible, handling any five-piece doors or face frames (four- or five-piece). This is the perfect machine for companies that produce large umbers of five-piece doors and face frames--no matter how large the batch size they are processing. ***
The automatic measurement and alignment functions allow the machine to perform efficiently with batch size one, or with very large batch sizes. The machine can run without an operator; it simply needs to be set up for five-piece doors or face frames (by moving the location of the nailers to the pre-set positions) and then will run on its own--automatically setting up for different sizes. The machine is equipped with SysTech's patented spool nail system, which also helps increase productivity through automation.
