Heavy Duty, Production, Pocket Cutting Machine
The TSM-35 cuts the same Castle patented, 6 degree pocket as the TSM-21. The machine is designed for continuous production in multi-shift kitchen cabinet, furniture, and mobile home factories. A heavy duty, three phase motor drives the pocket cutting spindle. A specially designed, high torque "Souix" air motor is provided for drilling. The pocket is free of splinters and sawdust. It is extremely durable and designed by professional woodworkers to make everything from drawer boxes to face frame. The TSM-35 features heavy duty construction throughout. It provides for easy top down access for quick router and drill bit changes. Adjustable indexing stops for quick part transitions during high production shifts are included as standard equipment.

Manual, bench top,dovetail routing machine
The Hoffmann MU2 bench - top routing machine is equipped with a high speed router motor, located at the center of the machine. The supplied 45 degree fence plate, which is guided in a keyway in the machine table, is used to accurately position the material on the table. The location of the dovetail slots for the Hoffmann Keys is adjusted by simply moving this fence plate. Once set, the plate is locked in place and the routing sequence can begin. **
Pulling the main lever starts the routing operation. A hold down plate will be lowered onto the workpiece, pressing it on the table and holding it in place. Further pulling will lift the motor carriage up until the preset routing height is reached. **
The motor is switched on automatically by pulling the lever, it is switched off again when the lever is returned to the home position. **
Two springs in the lever mechanism counteract the pull down force, which ensures controlled movements throughout the routing process. **
On its backside, the large heavy-duty cast aluminum machine base has a 1 3/4" diameter dust collection port to connect a shop vacuum for dust free operation. **
Output is approx. 16 routing strokes per minute, which translates into 2 completely processed rectangular frames. These numbers include material handling, but obviously depend on routing depth, feed speed, material flow and operator performance as well. **
The supplied router bits are solid tungsten carbide, made to exacting specifications. Depending on the routing depth and the material to be routed, the useable cutter life is approx. 10,000 strokes. Every machine is shipped with a tool kit and set-up jig, which allows a router, bit change in only minutes. Diamond cutters are also available.

Miter Cutting and Routing Machine
The Hoffmann PU-2SF dovetail routing machine is a free standing production unit. This model is equipped with a high-speed router motor, located at the center of the machine. The supplied adjustable fence plate, which is guided in a keyway in the machine table, is used to accurately position the material on the table. The location of the dovetail slots for the Hoffmann Keys is adjusted by simply moving this fence plate. **
