The Sorbini Smartcoater MF single-head differential roll coater is cutting edge technology for roll coating applications. Providing the same smooth application of the well known work horse T20, the new design enhances the structural rigidity of this roll coater by performing optimum coating application on smooth and uneven surfaces, while improving the already high productivity standard. Details: Solvent resistant conveyor belt with automatic tracking rollers mounted under application rollers (diameter 182mm). •
Application rollers (diameter 250mm) covered with heavy-duty vulcanized rubber of various shore hardnesses. •
Heavy-gauge chromed steel doctor rollers (diameter 173mm). •
Feeding belt, coating rollers, and doctor rollers driven by independent motors. •
