Fabricated Stainless Steel Blast Gates
Stainless steel fabricated gates are constructed from 14 ga. to 11 ga. 304 stainless steel, depending on size. Bolt together body to allow dissassembly for cleaning. Welded collars are standard, angle ring flanges are available. 316 stainless steel is also available. Available in 2" thru 10" in inch increments, two inch increments in 12" thru 24" sizes. Raw ends for spiral or welded pipe.

Cast Aluminum Full Collar Pnuematic Blast Gates
Our air-operated gates are fully automatic using an air cylinder that has power in both directions. Instant open/close. 35 lb. load capacity at 80/90 psi., 1/4 in. NPT ports. No lubrication required, air cylinder is standard. Available in 2" thru 24" diameter 2" thru 10" in inch increments, 12" thru 24" in 2" increments. Raw ends for spiral or welded pipe.

These fabricated gates use the same air cylinder and mounting as the cast aluminum, except the gate is all 304 stainless steel for use in high temperature, food or corrorsive applications.
