VACUUM LIFTS
The JUMBO ERGO vacuum tube lifting system
is the intelligent answer
to your handling problems.
Its secret: only one medium is
responsible for holding the load
and lifting it, namely: vacuum.
There is no need for chain hoists
or hydraulic
cylinders to pick up and lift the
workpiece. The operator controls
the vacuum in the system with
a valve on the control handle.
A higher vacuum lifts the load,
a lower vacuum lowers it. Lifting
speeds of up to 230 f.p.m. can
be achieved. These units are ideal for lifting full wood panels, solid surface panels, glass panels, plastic sheets, completed cabinets, furniture,etc.

The Schmalz JUMBO ERGO 85 with 85 Kg (154 lb) non-porous lifting capacity, is Ideal for 5 ft X 10 ft panels unit comes
complete with:
- User-friendly "motorcycle twist-grip"
operator handle for variable speed control
of the system. Automatically activated
valve system to "lock on" to work piece.
- 4.8 HP standard SB-M direct drive blower:
Electrical requirements 208-230/460V-3PH-60Hz.
Blower with 110 CFM airflow, 14.7" Hg suction.
- 7.0" diameter lift tube, reinforced with 12 ga

Standard adjustable "hovering height" control.
