The NEW TigerSaw optimizing crosscut saw
The "TigerSaw" offers the TigerStop reliability that customers have come to rely on. The TigerSaw is a fully automated cross cutting saw system. TigerSaw offers the same performance and benefits as systems costing two or three times as much. TigerSaw features a high-speed laser to scan for defects. This allows the operator to cut around defects without leaving a mark on the material. It features a 10 HP motor that won't lug down even with thee heaviest of material. It features an independent top clamp for higher cut speed. The independent side clamp insures greater accuracy. A high speed arbor gives a fast cutting cycle. Its 25 mm (1") thick ground steel base table insures absolute squarness and that all components are properly referenced. Accepts files from most design software. The TigerSaw is manufactured with TigerStop Turbo or HD for automatic material positioning. Includes ink jet printer and connection hardware of your choice (USBA, ESC,SX, Etc)

Optimizing Saw
Next Generation automatic programmable cut-off saw for optimized cutting of wood stock and defect removal. Suitable for any production requirement. Through a unique laser system, the operator can grade the board and mark the defects to be removed. The machine is equipped with a controller capable of performing five work cycle programs. The onboard computer is able to store cutting lists with lengths divided in two different grades and the relevant quantity of parts. Cutting lists can be input direct for the NC keypad or with direct serial connection to a remote PC. The system is available in 13' or 20' useable lengths.

Optimizing Saw
Automatic cut off saw for defecting and optimized cutting. Feeding by pusher available in 4 or 6 meters useful length. The pusher carriage, complete with a camera for detecting chalk marks identifying the defects and a sensor for the length of the board, lifts up pneumatically in order to completely scan the board during its way back to loading position and allow a total optimization managing up to 3 different grades. A vertical pneumatic gripper allows strict tolerances on the cut lengths (+/- 0,5 mm on the standard version, +/- 0,2 mm with precision rack pinion), even at maximum speed of 90 m/min. The control, with operating system Windows XP, is complete and user friendly. The 10° tilt angle of the line and two pressure rollers on the sides of the saw blade ensure the correct positioning of the material against the fence both during the feeding and during the cutting cycle. On request the cutting line can be completed with a width scanner, an ink-jet printer and with various length sorting systems.

High Speed Optimizing Saw
Automatic cut off saw for defecting and optimized cutting. Feeding by conveyor belt with a maximum speed of 120 m/min and a tolerance on the cut lengths of +/- 1 mm. Pressure rollers, sitting on pneumatic cylinders, allow the feeding of boards with rough surface and small variations in thickness. The control, with operating system Windows XP, is complete and user friendly. On request the cutting line can be completed with a width scanner, a second camera for handling up to 5 grades (3 grades with standard camera) an ink-jet printer and with various length sorting systems.

High Speed Optimizing Saw
Next Generation automatic programmable cut-off saw for optimized cutting of wood stock and defect removal. Particularly suitable for high production requirements given its very high maximum feed speed of 600 FPM. The set of 7 top pressure rollers are able to compensate for dimensional variations of rough mill stock. The machine is equipped with a PC based computer capable of performing eleven work cycle programs. The numerical control is able to store cutting lists with lengths divided in several different grades and the relevant quantity of parts. Cutting lists can be input direct for the NC keypad ,via a 3 1/2" diskette, with direct serial connection to a remote PC or directly through the network. The onboard computer with 15" color monitor provides the following information: - Stock in cubic feet, required to produce the number of pieces in each list. - Number of pieces produced of each length. - Amount of stock in cubic feet divided into: first, second, third grade and waste - Cubic feet required to produce remaining parts. - Yield as a percentage of the total - Print out of all the above data to a parallel printer (optional). The system can perform simulated cutting to verify the result before processing the wood and allowing the user to decide whether to use the chosen parameters for the required production or change it. The T 2010 NC can cut and handle up to 3 different grades within the same cutting list or 5 grades with optional horizontal camera.

High Speed "Pusher" saw
The Opti-Kap 1002 is a high speed pusher crosscut saw that can be used as a cut to length saw or as a full fledged optimizing saw designed to cut parts to length quickly and accurately. To help insure the machine's accuracy, top and side pressure devices as well as a part clamping device on the pusher are included as standard equipment. Capable of handling a wide range of part sizes, single pieces and bundles are positioned by the servo powered pusher unit. Positioning accuracy is +/- 0.1mm. Saw vertical movement is pnuematically operated. Loading of the material is done either manually or automatically according to your specific requirements. Different infeed and outfeed options are available. Like all System TM products, the saw is easily operated via the integrated control panel.

A wide, servo-driven timing belt to the bottom rollers ensures accurate cutting. For reliable cutting precision at high rates of acceleration and deceleration, the top pressure assembly, with top pressure rollers supporting both sides, ensures maximum contact between the workpiece and the feed rollers.
