AUTOMATIC DRAWER CLAMP
The OMEC SCA1300 automatic clamp for drawers was designed to assemble different types of drawers, such as drawers with five separate elements, dovetails or lockpins and folding-type drawers. Workpieces are locked by means of pneumatic cylinders. The machine is fitted with a special vacuum system allowing it to keep the drawer's bottom in position, plus a timer to regulate the pressing time and the size of the drawer to be machined (the latter being an automatic adjustment).
Machine control is performed by an on-board control panel

The OMEC SCM1200 drawer clamp is designed to clamp five (5) piece drawers. It's easel style makes it easy to use. The clamping is controlled by a hand lever control for the hydraulic clamping system. The drawer bottom is held in place with a unique vacuum clamp that holds the bottom while the drawer is clamped together.
