The BHX machine is designed for routing, grooving, and boring of flat panel components. The BHX concept addresses the just-in-time manufacturing concept. A smooth air cushion feeding system enables fast positioning of the workpiece. The high speed vertical boring spindles with a patented clamping system, provide for exact depth holes on two (2) panels simultaneously, esentially doubling production capabilities. Capable of producing a variety of different components in batch size of one (1) without loss of set-up time. The BHX has small space requirements.
