Ergo Lifts are in use throughout the United States for machine feeding, work positioning, assembly,
order picking, pallet loading, and a wide range of other applications. Ergo Lift Tables are available in
many basic sizes and capacities to lift and position loads up to 6,000 lbs at heights up to 48". The wide
range of power options, controls, tabletops, and base configurations that can be specified for each of the
many basic sizes gives the user an almost unlimited choice of variations.

The series 35 lifts are the most versatile family of lifts. They can be used in a wide variety of applications ~ part assembly and dis-assembly and conveyor systems ~ to improve worker ergonomics or to enhance and improve plant efficiency. Scissor lifts reduce worker fatigue and reduce the risk of back injury. They offer a high quality low cost lifting solution. Standard lifting travel ranges of 24", 36", 48", and 60". Maximum platform size of 60" X 120". Units come standard equipped with 1-1/2 HP 3 phase, or 3/4 HP single phase hydraulic pumps with 24 VAC control voltage.

The series 35TT turn tables are designed to provide workers with the ability to rotate work to them rather than walking around. They can be used as a "Stand Alone" solution, or when used with an Autoquip scissor lift they enhance both ergonomic and labor saving benefits by reducing reaching, bending, twisting and walking associated with manufacturing or painting operations. Available in manual or powered versions. Use in paint booths or as an assembly table.

The AF (Air Force) series of lifts provides a safe and clean way to utilize the advantage of lift tables, without the need of hydraulics. Units are equipped with an air stroke actuator and come standard with fork pockets to allow potability and ease of installation. Lifts come in 7 different models. Maximum vertical travel is 24".
Maximum operating pressure is 80 psi.

HD non-driven, straight, roller conveyor
Q-70 system conveyor products are built with patented dust proof ball bearings encapsulated in nylon. This allows for capacities up to 1500kg/meter (1100 Lbs./Ft.). They are constructed in such a manner that manual handling of even heavy stacks is incredibly easy. The steel rollers are constructed of heavy gage steel, with a diameter of 70mm (2-3/4"), a load capacity per roller of 200 kg (440 Lbs). The side frames are manufactured from 60x40x6mm angle iron with grooves cut for easy placement of rolls.The conveyor is modular and easily built up from stock parts. Easily converted to multi-level storage as the same components are utilized.
