"QF" clamp-together duct eliminates screws rivets, welds, taping and other costly methods of connecting pipe sections. Thanks to the patented QF design, straight pipe, elbows, adjustable straight pipe and branch pieces clamp easily together in seconds. They can be put together and taken apart with no special tools. You don't have to throw away existing duct each time you add or delete a machine, or change your floor layout. Thanks to the "QF" design, installation and changes take only a fraction of the time it takes for traditional duct. MADE IN AMERICA.

Details: The "QF" system begins with pipe, branches, elbows, hoods, adapters, adjustable nipples, etc from 3" to 42" in diameter, that have been machined so that connecting ends have a doubled rolled edge. When the "QF" clamp (complete with built-in gasket) is clamped in place, the resulting seal is strong and tight. Pipe has stronger longitudinal seams that are laser welded. This coupled with the rolled connecting edges provide a virtually seamless system that eliminates snag opportunities. Sizes larger than 24" diameter up to 42" diameter have angle iron flanges with corresponding bolt holes. "QF" pipe easily connects to existing spiral pipe or welded pipe systems. Available in 304 stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and with RC60 abrasion coating on the inside for abrasive materials. Many of the largest manufacturing facilities being built in the USA today go online with complete "QF" systems. Professionally drawn pipe system layout drawings are available.

Straight Duct
3" is 39" long and has lockform seam construction. 4" to 24" is 59.25" long, has laser welded seam and roll formed (QF) ends. 24" to 42" is 78" long, has lockformed longitudinal seam with "Van Stone" angle flange on both ends. Available in aluminum, 304 SS, 316SS and galvanized steel. Available with RC60 "Tuff Shield" abrasion resistant lining.

Elbows are available in 15, 22-1/2, 30, 45, 60, and 90 degrees with center line radii of 1 , 1.5, 2.5 in both gore construction and tube construction. 3" to 24" has rolled seam ends. 26" to 42" has flanged ends. Also available as a lapped seam - spot welded - buffed interior (LSB) 2.5 CLR directional elbow. Available in aluminum, 304 SS, 316 SS and galvanized steel. Automatic blast gates
Dust collection systems with standard manually operated blast gates often have poor efficiency and low suction as the result of operators not closing the gates when finished. Automatic, pnuematically operated blast gates operate independantly of a controller. They can be made to operate off the machine magnetic starter. They offer a simple installation without miles of wire. Allows you to optimize your available CFM.
