Case Clamp
The MPH-400 is a manually operated, electric case clamp. The clamps unique design incororates lamellar pressure beams, that are adjusted via electrically driven threaded spindles. The beams do not have to be adjusted as they are designed as lamellas that cross each other. This way almost full surface clamping is achieved. The beams can be operated individually or simultaneously. Clamping pressure is controlled by the beam adjusting motors.

Pnuematic through feed case clamp
The MPP-100 case clamp is a pnuematically operated, through feed case clamp that can be used in an assembly line or as a stand alone unit. As a cabinet enters the clamp it is measured by photo cells that transmits the size to the control and automatically adjusts the clamp to the correct size. The operators job is minimized by the clamps control which is able to store numerous programs and parameter settings.

Electric through feed case clamp
When developing the new design MDE-110 through feed case clamp, Ligmatech listened to the requirements of their customers. The result is a machine with many innovative features for the fast and efficient production of case goods. It provides for higher clamping pressures and a more constant and reliable method of clamping cases. It can effectively process two to three cases per minute, depending on configuration and size. The MDE's open side construction, combined with the ability to clamp to the feed belt edge, provides easy access by the operator to the case. In addition, its Beckhoff PC control allows easily created and stored programs containing various parameter settings. The Beckhoff PC control allows for integration into a production line with minimal effort.

Electric through feed case clamp with nailing robot
The MDE-160 through feed case clamp combines the proven technology of the MDE clamp with the addition of a nailing robot. The robot is located at the front (infeed edge) of the clamp, and is integrated into the design of the machine. It provides for an automatic and reliable solution for nailing or gluing of the back panels. The nailing robot is a cartesian unit with (3) servo controlled axes, and one rotating axis. In order to properly function the head can be rotated 360 degress and tilted +/- 45 degrees. The control of the clamp with integrated control of the robot is performed by barcode reader or production-list-control.
