Panel Stacker / Destacker
The Doucet ESD is a modular device designed to easily integrate into any panel processing line. It consists of a fixed height receiving table combined with a tilting transfer ramp, that leads to a leveled stacking table section with pnuematic "even-enders" on each side. The receiving table, transfer ramp, and the stacking table are each equipped with transfer belts. Panels travel down or up the transfer ramp depending on the height of the stack. The ramp automatically raises one panel thickness for each panel deposited on top of the stack. Vertical capacity is a 48" stack. The ESD can also be configured as a de-stacker for use at the infeed end of a panel processing line.
