The Vantage 33 provides a work table size of 49”x 122”. This permits easy loading of 4x8 or 4x10 panels. 10 H.P. HSK Spindle, An 8-position Automatic Tool Changer, 7 Spindle Drill Block. Mechanical stops on the front left and right of the machine permit accurate location of small parts. The worktable surface is a matrix table.
The Tool Length Control (TLC) is a quick, easy, accurate means of gathering and
recording length data from pointed or cylindrical routing tools. When new tools are placed in the tool changing magazine, the Vantage 33 can quickly load the tool into the main spindle and touch the probe. Data gathered about the tool length will be automatically inserted into the tool database for that tool so that the task of punching in numbers for tool length is eliminated - no more errors while punching in tool length data. Includes 2 Becker 10 H.P Vacuum Pumps
