Horizontal finger joints in a wide vaiety of patterns (optional vertical joint equipment available from Weinig). •
• Timber outfeed press length 20'0".
• Finger joint shaper, single shaper of right hand design, including transport belt in the clamping station.
• Fixed limit stop, adjustable to align the package. Hogging unit 15 HP belt drive, shaping.
• The guiding device of the shaper table consists of stable guide rollers. The timber pieces are clamped by means of pressure controlled horizontal and vertical clamping device.
• Fingerjoint press with ejection to the left side design to press the fingerjoint bars at a fixed final length. The feeding and pressing process is carried out at (1) working level. The infeed timber is prepressed by means of the press control. Hydraulic power pack 2 HP, thrust force max. 8 ton, with saw motor 3 HP with a 15" dia. blade. • Approximate average production is 7500-8000 Lin.
