Condition

Returned products must be unused and resalable in original packaging.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are not refundable. 
If the returned item has been used, Advanced Machinery will determine if the item is refundable and if so, the amount to refund depending on the condition of the item.  Please contact us before returning a used item.

Damage during transit

Contact us within 1 business day of delivery in the case of damage during transit to replace damaged parts.
